2. Bookings and payments

Bookings may require full payment or a partial deposit to confirm the session, depending on the service. Any remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled appointment as stated during checkout or booking confirmation.

• Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
• Package pricing is valid for the term disclosed at purchase.
• Unpaid bookings may be released or rescheduled by SilSett.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling eligibility depends on how much notice you provide before the appointment.

• Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may qualify for a full or partial refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit the session value.
• Rescheduling requests may be limited or subject to administrative fees.

4. Service conditions

Virtual services

Clients are responsible for a working internet connection, compatible device access, and suitable lighting or environment when required for remote sessions.

In-person services

If a session is in person, travel fees, scheduling limits, or location requirements may apply as disclosed at booking time.

Session timing

Sessions are limited to the booked duration unless otherwise agreed in advance.

5. Shopping guidance

Stylists provide recommendations and professional guidance, but purchasing decisions remain your responsibility. SilSett is not responsible for third-party retailer returns, exchanges, stock availability, or pricing changes.

6. SMS and reminders

By opting in through the SilSett website or app, you agree to receive account notifications and, where applicable, event reminders related to your booked services.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out by replying STOP and get help by replying HELP.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Privacy and content

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Session details, uploaded content, style assessments, and messaging records may be used to provide and improve the service, operate reminders, and meet legal obligations.

Photos, content, and deliverables created for you remain subject to applicable intellectual property, confidentiality, and permitted-use restrictions described in the service materials.

8. Limitation of liability

SilSett provides professional styling guidance, but results depend on your preferences, budget, participation, and third-party factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
